October 3, 2006 – KWA Meeting

 KWA’s next meeting falls on October 3rd. It will NOT be held at the Evergreen Public Library Branch, because all the rooms were booked. Instead it will be held at the Advanced Learning Library located at 711 W. 2nd Street, Wichita, KS 67203 in the Keeney Stevens Board Room. It will still be held from 1:30- 4pm.

 KWA will have a presentation on writing software: Atticus, Scrivener, and Google Docs by Jessie Fishel and Ken Locke.

The official meeting is from 1:30 to 4, however, if you would like a little time to just visit with your fellow writers, showing up closer to 1:00 is an option. As a general rule the group takes a short break halfway through the meeting.

 As usual the meeting will wrap up around 3:30 – 3:45 to allow time to rearrange tables and chairs, as well as put away the ones that have been gotten out. The library also now requires the trash be taken out. Thank you to those who are able and willing to help.
