Competitions - Kansas Writers Association

Entries are now being accepted for the 2008 Kansas Writers Association Prose and Poetry Competition. The contest deadline is Oct. 15, 2008, postmark determination.

Entry fees are $5 for members, $7 for non-members, and $1 for young writers.

WE NEED JUDGES!
Every entry should receive a critique telling the writer what the judge liked or didn't like about his or her entry. All writers have a goal to be published, and entering a contest is one way to get an opinion from someone other than a trusted family member or personal friend.
